22nd September 2017 Windsurfing: Rhosneigr Wind Direction: S Wind Stength: F8-F6 Surf / Sea State: waves Air Temperature: 17 Sea Temperature: 14.4 Weather: low cloud some drizzle Max Speed: Distance Covered: On water about hour and half after High and struggled for first hour as well over powered on 4.2m. Kept outside as slightly offshore and some holes inshore in Bay. Waves outside peaking close to mast high but messy with wind-chop. After hour wind eased to nice 4.2m and waves cleaned up. Only tried one front side whch came off. Some big ramps going out and jumped one 8 foot wall of water (no choice really) and smacked back on landing; felt like miles high but in reality probably only crept over lip :-). First hour was 2* and second 4*; feeling good an tired so 4* overall. |
